Rita McGrath is a professor of strategy and innovation at Columbia Business School and one of the world’s leading experts in strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. McGrath was recognized as one of the Top 10 Most Influential Business Thinkers by Thinkers50 in 2013 and 2015. Thinkers50 presented her with the #1 award for strategy, the Distinguished Achievement Award, in 2013.
